Sending Balance Payment Requests to Patrons
It's now very easy to send payment requests to patrons via sms or email. They get a simple form to enter their credit card info, and that's it! Their balance is paid.
PDF Acknowledgement Prompt
You can now present a pdf file to an enrollee/renter and force them to scroll to the bottom of it to acknowledge it during checkout. It's part of the "Mandatory Checkbox" prompt type. Instead of pasting in content that you want agreed to, you can upload a pdf file for acknowledgement.
Restricting General Admission Access at a Location
With our new check-in screen, organizations can configure what memberships/passes grant a person check-in access to a location
🔄 Updates
Prompt Response Changes from User Profile
If you're in an account and you click on the Groups icon next to someone's name, you should now be able to edit their prompt responses from that screen.
Pre-K Added to Min and Max Grade Settings
When configuring a minimum or maximum grade on a program, you can now specify Pre-K as an option
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Rental info is restored to the receipt details section
- Staff carts were not forcing a user to be selected for activity registrations...which also impacted pricing. If no user was selected, the lowest available price was always selected, regardless of eligibility
