We are streamlining the entry process with a brand-new Beta Check-In interface. This redesigned screen focuses on speed and clarity, allowing staff to process arrivals more efficiently while providing a modern look and feel for high-traffic entry points.

🔄 Updates

Multi-Reservation Booking Enhancements

  • Custom Event Titles: You now have the flexibility to set specific event titles during the Multi-Reservation booking process, ensuring better organization and clearer calendar visibility for complex schedules.

Admissions Report Filters

We’ve added powerful new filtering options to provide more granular data for your check-in tracking:

  • Check-In Type: Toggle between "All Check-ins" and "General Admission Only."
  • Facility Hierarchy: Use the new "Include Child Facilities" filter to automatically pull check-in data from a parent location and all associated sub-locations in a single view.

Logic & Performance

  • Conflict Checking: To optimize system performance, Admission events no longer check for scheduling conflicts. Since these are used strictly for check-in tracking rather than facility blocking, this change allows for faster data entry and smoother reporting.


🐞 Bug Fixes

  • File attachments to mass emails restored
