Configuring Automated Notifications for Activities

Automated notifications ensure that your activity admins and instructors stay up-to-date with the latest enrollment activity. You can choose to send immediate alerts for every change or a convenient daily summary.

1. Locate the Class Settings

  • From the main dashboard, click on the Operate icon.
  • Select Catalog & Pricing to view your list of classes and activities.
  • Click on the specific class you wish to configure.

2. Manage Staff in the People Tab

  • Once inside the class settings, click on the People tab located in the top navigation bar.

    If the staff member is not already listed:

    • Click + Add Admin or + Add Instructor.
    • Use the search tool to find the person and click their name to add them to the class.

3. Set Notification Preferences

  • Next to each staff member’s name, you will see a notification status. If it hasn't been set yet, it will say NOTIFICATIONS NOT CONFIGURED.
  • Click on the status text to open the Notification Preferences window.

    Select your preferred Update Frequency:

    • None: No automated emails will be sent to this user.
    • Daily Digest: The user will receive one summary email at the end of each day containing all activity.
    • Real-Time (Roster/Trans): The user will receive an email alert immediately for every roster change or transaction.
  • Click Save Changes.

4. Verify the Configuration

  • The status next to the staff member's name will now update to show the selected frequency (e.g., REAL-TIME or DAILY DIGEST), confirming that notifications are active.
