How to Configure Pricing on a Registration Item

Phase 1: Create Item & Navigate to Pricing

  1. Save the New Item: Once you have entered the item Name and Description, click the green Save Item button.
  2. Access Pricing: On the "Item Edit" screen, click on the Pricing tab in the top navigation bar.
  3. Add Price: Click the green Add New Price button.

Phase 2: Set Up Price Basics

You can Select Price Type:

  1. One-Time Fee
    • Set the One-Time Fee Amount.
  1. Per Time Period
    • Set Fee Amount per Unit of Time.
    • Configure the Valid Rental Start Times, if applicable to the Item.
    • Configure the Valid Days of the Week for Rentals, if applicable to the Item.
  1. Recurring Fee
    • Set Initial Fee.
    • Set the Recurring Fee and the corresponding Unit of Time for each Recurring Fee.
    • Set the Recurring Payment Duration.
  1. Payment Plan
    • Set Initial Fee.
    • Create Installments:
      • Click [+] Add New Installment to create separate payment dates.
      • Note: The system automatically generates the dates.
    • Set Installment Amounts: Change the "Payment Amount" to reflect the installment amounts.

Save: Click the Save Price button in the bottom right corner.


Phase 3: Set Up Price Eligibility

Once the price is saved, a new tab called Price Eligibility will appear next to "Price Basics." Click it to configure the following restrictions:

  1. Group Eligibility:
    • Click Add Group to add eligible groups for the item.
    • Select Group(s).
  2. Date Eligibility:
    • In the "Enroll By" field, you can select or type the enroll-by date for the item.
  3. Family Enrollment:
    • You can indicate another family member is enrolled in the item by checking the box under Family Enrollment.
  4. Multi-Class Enrollment:
    • You can view if the enrollee is also enrolling in another item with indicated tags by checking the box under Multi-Class Enrollment.
    • To choose the indicated tags, click the + button
    • Select the desired tag(s) from the list.
  5. Staff Access Only:
    • You can indicate that only staff can apply the rate during in-house enrollments by checking the box under Staff Access Only.

Finalize: Click the green Save Eligibility Requirements button in the bottom right corner.

The system will display a notification confirming that the price was updated successfully.
